The BEST automotive place in Richmond! Jay and his staff are very personable. He treats his customers like best friends. Had my axles replaced and he took the time to show me how damaged the old ones were. Even drove with me to make sure I was satisfied. Very honest and had the best prices. Highly recommend!

Great Place. It reminded me of one of the Other Best Shop's for Women. Complete Auto Care on Dominion in Glen Allen. These guy's are NOT into ripping Us off just Because dare I say it Cause We Are Women Hey Complete Auto Care Has A Woman As A Part Owner Too!!! Listen, We are & as Women. Know That Elliott's & Complete do not Sale you a Bill of Good's. What I've learnt within Forty- Plus Years of Driving & Providing with the Help of GOD & good People. Is, Simply Speak Up For Yourself Don't be afraid to Say: What You Can Pay & Can Not. Say What you think is Wrong & Ask Questions.
