Joshua Jones1 StarI called and asked for a whole house generator that comes on automatically. I set the appointment for an estimate and they ended up coming 2 hours late with out a call. After looking at the house systems the technician says they don't do whole house generators. I had to pay a service charge even though they could not help and they wasted my time.
