Jill Asch5 StarI had a catalytic converter put in at another shop before I knew about Keith. The indicator light went on and the other shop said I needed a sensor and a fuel injection process for him to replace the CC which was under warranty.
I asked Keith for a second opinion and the diagnostic showed the problem to be the CC and the other $500 worth of work was not necessary.
Keith then went above and beyond and called the other shop to let him know his findings and the guy agreed to replace the CC without the other stuff he tried to make me pay for.
