I was passing through SLC on my way home to NH when I had a wheel bearing go. The Ken Garff Honda dealership tried to sell me on $9,000 of additional repairs. I got a second opinion at Ennis. He looked at my car for free and spend 30 min explaining why I didn't need the repairs the dealership tried to scare me into getting. He is super knowledgeable, trustworthy, and willing to pass on unnecessary work. Also, as a woman who went here with a male friend I appreciate that he spoke directly to me and not to my friend (as often happens in situations like this.) If I lived here I'd bring all my work to this shop, excellent human and mechanic.

I rarely write reviews, but these guys are so good. They went out of their way, spent time, labor and effort to fix a problem that they didn't create. They are always honest with me and are more than fair in my experience. I have sent my daughter there to have her car fixed so that can tell you how much I trust them.

The owner of this shop is very irresponsible took my car in 3 weeks ago to get a check then we asked him to order a part of the car needed replacing he said he would call us back but never did it's been 3 weeks since we took the car and still no word I will never take my vehicles to this place again. He only cares about making the money and he doesn't even update the customers at least not the Latino community customers I have to call every single time he never once gave me a call about an update.
