Took my car in for MD state inspection. Failed the first time. But, each area of repair was itemized and priced. The Customer Service agents were great, kind and knowledgeable of vehicle repairs.. Waiting lounge was comfortable. Overall, a very professional, timely service.

Horrible the rep i spoke to several times that i thought was at that dealership but no was a call center went over my situation after i did a credit preauth app online said i wad good to go i confirmed several times telling them i couldnt drive 2 hours for nothing i wasn't there 15 minutes before i was told that i didn't qualify as im switching my job of 3 years to a new local job and until get pay stub i oy had offer letter and proof of almost 2,000 n social security income after asked original rep many times and their excuse of course is credit total waste of time!

This place is the worse my insurance company sent me here they had my car for a month lied about putting on a new tire that my insurance company paid for and went back to question them that's when they put it on. After picked up my car heard this loud humming noise 5 minutes after I left but they wanted more money to fix a part that they failed to fix ,also say part will be next day of course it wasn't and now I don't even trust them to fix it taking it somewhere else they sneaky very unprofessional and will never go to these scammers again do yourself a favor don't take your car there

I was quoted an astronomical fee of $923.00 to weld a step board on my Hummer. The manager's explanation of the price was because "it's an all day tedious job and the mechanic's hourly rate is $115.00 per hour". They finished the job in less than four hours. When I asked about a price adjustment, I was told "we did you a favor and had more than one mechanic work on it to get you out faster". So, instead of $115.00 an hour for one mechanic, I'm paying multiple mechanic's hourly rate? It's a truck, not a ship. I paid a diagnosis fee of $94.00 for the windshield wiper motor. They told me they couldn't reprogram it. So, I have to pay another diagnosis fee at the dealer! I will update this review if the manager reaches out to refund a portion of the mechanic's hourly rate they charged me. The best thing about this visit was the customer service agent's smile.
