I started coming here with an oil change Groupon and ever since I’ve been coming for any other fix or maintenance issues. The employees are nice and informative, they don’t pressure you to get services done that need to be done. They also have a shuttle and loaner cars which is extremely convenient! I have to say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had as a new customer. Everyone involved in the process was extremely helpful and honest. I felt well taken care of and they were great at keeping me informed. Their driver who drove me home and back to the shop, who I unfortunately forgot the name of, was great to talk to, had a great attitude, and made a positive impact on my day. As did Matthew and Matt who worked in the front. Like I said, the whole process was great! I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone who’s looking for a good mechanic shop. Hands down the best mechanic I've ever used!! I have been going here consistenly for 3 years now and will never go to another mechanic. I am greeted by name when I show up and all the staff are wonderful and personable. They perform superb work each and every time and I never get the feeling I'm getting ripped off. The prices always seem extremely reasonable or better than other places I've gone in the past. Many times they will even help me prioritize the most important fixes that need to be done for safety or inspections reasons and identify other problems that can easily wait. They get the work done in a very timely fashion and communicate well throughout the process. Lastly, they even offer complementary shuttle rides to and from the garage if you don't want to spend the money on Uber which is a really nice touch. I cannot recommend them enough and highly encourage you to check them out if you haven't yet. You will not be disappointed!

Savanna was so knowledgeable and helpful and a very friendly office environment. I had never been at this location and had taken a relatives car to be smogged. Hassle free and quick. Will be going back soon for my personal car needs.
