This place is great! I was pretty stressed out after the alternator in my Lexus quit on me. I found this place while headed to another shop. I decided to do business here because of they specialize in Lexus vehicles and because of Johnny, one of the Mechanics. He was able to service my car the same day as a walk-in and he was just super helpful. I also experienced Great service from Mr. Watchmen at the front desk - He's pretty funny too. Great shop, work, and tech.

I needed to get a used car inspection done for my nephew. He was coming down from NYC to purchase a car from a private seller. They got me in the next morning and ran a full computer check, visual inspection, and a test drive for a very reasonable price. Plus they were able to evaluate the hybrid battery pack. We got a complete inspection report and estimated repair costs for the few things they did find. I have used this repair shop for going on 2 decades and have had nothing but A+ service from them.

Staff at Far East Motors are professional and prices are reasonable to affordable (only used them for selected services though). They do specialize in Toyota makes. Their customer management system or software is great, it breaks down the total cost to service and recommended repairs nicely-easy to read for non-technical people. Transparent pricing and estimate. Great work! I recommend them. (trying to add those keywords)

Far East Motors was able to help me out when my car started leaking oil. They were able to call me a tow to their location and was able to get my car in that day. Even with the snow and the holiday weekend they were able to get my car back to me within 48 hours. The workers and mechanics were awesome and were able to walk me though the diagnostics and process of getting my car repaired. You could tell they were experienced and were able to answer any questions I had. Will definitely use them again and will recommend them to everyone!

I googled "auto repair near me". Several shops popped up. I called the top 3. Far East was the only one to respond. I received several text messages to schedule an appointment. Once I took my car in, Watchman, remained in constant contact with me. I needed significant work that would have costed thousands more at a dealership. The work was done professionally. The prices were fair. The customer service was awesome. I highly recommend Far East for your automotive needs. You won't be disappointed.
