Some people just happen to have bad luck with cars…. I am one of those people.
I had been experiencing frustrating problems with my car for months. It was a difficult problem to fix that other auto repair shops were unable to figure out. Farr put in extra time/effort to figure out exactly what the problem was. They were very honest with me and made it clear exactly what needed to be done. They fixed the problem and then John Erdmann immediately followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the results.
A few weeks later, my car started acting up again! (It had nothing to do with any of the work they had done)
I panicked and immediately drove it right back to Farr. They took it in that same day and looked at it. They then contacted me again (same day) to let me know what was going on.
I might have bad luck with cars, but I found some good luck with the people who work at Farr automotive.Thursday 3rd February 2022
