I appreciate the Salem Firestone because they have always gone out of their way to assist me to the best of their ability have worked with me in order to help me get financing for repairs. Starred down because I'm confused. I was getting a axle seal replacement on the rear and they had to change the brake shoes in the back also. I asked to have the master brake cylinder changed and brakes flushed but upon checking, I still had dirty fluid and it sat at the minimum mark. Mabye they just bled it? I work night shift so hard to call when I need to. I'm concerned where they got the 260 some $$$$ labor for that master brake cylinder when they was already in the area and took of the brake shoes. You unscrew the brake line, and take out 2 or 3 bolts and it comes right out. Is that a little over 2 hours of work? ------ I check this often @owner, please respond . thank you

Absolutely a joke- put aftermarket garbage instead of quality part into your car tho charge the same price. For 3 months my car was in and out of the shop- with the same issue heat and motor for the back wiper needing to be replace. After giving chance after chance, couldn’t keep my cool had to put a end to the nightmare. Mechanic are a joke and the manager is absolutely useless. Have to take it a different mechanic and see what else they messed up on. If you want aftermarket junk in your car this is the place for you!

Very unprofessional, I made an appointment for an oil change and they waited until 20 minutes before my appointment to say they’re booked up and need to reschedule. Why have the appointments available online if you don’t have a tech to honor them?
