I've been using this location for about 2 years now. The past several visits now have me going to a different location. The tech that worked on my wife's suv made a mistake. So I brought it right back after picking it up. The tech that worked on it was gone until Monday. So I bring it in at 830. The tech first was getting an attitude with me when I told them I was just bring it back so the correction could be made. Then he got more attitude with me about the time frame of just getting it corrected. He obviously didn't care about fixing the mistake. Also the other problems I kept getting the same recommendations to be fixed. Even though I paid them to fix about half the issues and I did the rest. I'm a trained tech and have moved on to doing aircraft maintenance. So most of the time now I rather just pay someone to fix the issue because I'm to busy myself. Honestly I don't like posting negative reviews but the attitude I got was uncalled for. I hope everyone has a better experience than me.

Not enough seats inside. If there is more than 2 or 3 customers make other arrangements. Was forced to sit on ground outside in the sun for 30 minutes before my car was even taken in to be worked on. Even though I had an appointment that I had made in person the previous day. That they had to reschedule once already because it wasn’t logged where I had scheduled online. And I had to go in and inquire about it after 20 minutes to get a time estimate of when they were taking it back . Brought in the car for an alignment, which they couldn’t even fully do because they didn’t have the tools (torch) to get a part unstuck??! So I paid full price for a partial job. Took an hour and a half…which was 30 minutes off…funny same amount of time as they were late getting it in. How about sending a text saying you’re backlogged? Was never even warned that it would be an hour and a half sitting outside. Between the lack of job completion, unprofessional attitude from the desk attendant, to the lack of chairs outside, I would not recommend this branch.

Consistent in their inability to get anything done right first time and grossly overcharging for services when they aren't too busy trying to scare you into unneeded repairs...will never deal with them again

They have liars working here. “Just drop it off at 8am and we can get the oil changed by 5pm” I show up at 8am and get turned away. Along with another customer who was told the exact same thing. Get your process straight and quit wasting people’s time and lying.
