Paul Mckee5 StarTo keep it as brief as I can, very courtious and understanding. Knowledgeable office staff(Mrs. Firman) gets the facts and concerns and assures the mechanics(Mike Firman and Andy) have the information from the customer that they need.
They are true MECHANICS, not just parts replacers taking a guess at the problem.
