Friendly Auto is a wonderful place to do business. They are honest about repairs and fair with their prices. We had an unfortunate incident involving damage that was done to our car, and after listening to us they assumed full responsibility and had the repairs done at no cost to us. We were extremely grateful as we know that would not have been the case at many other auto centers today. Friendly Auto cares about quality service and satisfying their customers.

Friendly Auto Centers Is one of the best auto mechanics I’ve gone to in several years. They are up front with you and answer any and all questions you might have. I went in a week after my initial appointment to ask some general questions and they were more than helpful even taking the time to hook my truck up to the monitor to check on a couple things for me. No charge!!! They are awesome and highly recommend them to all look for auto services.

Friendly Auto was outstanding in helping me out! The window mechanism had broken on the drivers side door of my van. I really didn't know who to go to and called several places. Manny called me back after a fairly short time and was absolutely outstanding in easing my concern for where and how to get this fixed. He was quite certain right away what my problem was and set an appointment for the next day for the repair. I arrived and was receive a very friendly greeting! The gave me a ballpark estimate, confirmed cost once they knew exactly what it was, told me an approximate time when it would be done! They nailed EXCELLENT SERVICE in every way!!! I'll be back and have already told several people about the outstanding experience I had at Friendly Auto!!!

First time using this business and definitely will come back for any car needs. I have already been recommending them to friends, family and co-workers. I spoke to Manny on the phone and in person very friendly and knowledgeable as was everyone there that I spoke to. I brought in my car the same day for transmission issues they worked on it immediately and I picked it up in only a couple of days. Their pricing is very fair and listed through email explaining what you’re paying for and what parts are needed for the repair. Thanks guys at friendly auto!

I had to get some work done on my brakes and rotors. I originally was irritated because what I thought would take a single day ended up taking almost three. But the reason was due to difficulty finding parts. They tried 9 different kits and finally found one that fit. They did great work on my vehicle and even let me use a loaner due to the length of time it was taking. But what really let me know they care is they replaced a set of hubcaps for me (something they did on their own as a kindness). I feel they do excellent work and really care about me, not just the vehicle or getting paid. Thank you so so much!!
