From a simple fix or to a major mechanical issue, the Technicians are professional and very knowledgeable with their services. pey5 StarMy husband, me, and our dog were all on our way to the mountains from Florida to celebrate our honeymoon. Going up I75 in Atlanta, my wheel bearing seized up and stranded us on the side of the road, hours from home. After calling a bunch of shops who said they couldn't fix this until January or February, we got in contact with Friends Auto Repair. These men were absolutely amazing. AAA promised us pickup by 11:30, but didn't arrive until 3:00PM, AND the three of us had to uber over there from off the side of the road. These gentlemen still got our car in THAT DAY and fixed it in no time at all. They were respectful, trustworthy, talented, and friendly. They even put up with my reactive dog barking at them with no complaints. I appreciate every person here so much and would recommend anyone to take your vehicle to them. My only complaint is there is no location in the Gainesville, FL area for me to visit for regular service. (:Tuesday 14th December 2021
