I can’t recommend this team enough. They stood by and followed through on each task and promised update with me, making an otherwise stressful situation of having your vehicle in the shop less stressful. They were very throughout and fair on pricing and explaining the issues. Very professional.

In from another state, I experienced car trouble on the road. After arriving at my destination, I contact the shop, was seen without an appointment, and after the expected wait to accommodate working me in, my car was expertly repaired, at a fair market price. The personal were professional and courteous. I highly recommend this shop.

I recently brought my car to Full Line Auto Care in Norcross to get an oil change. They called and said that my car was leaking oil in several places and that my seals needed replacing. They also said that some drive belts were starting to visibly crack, so they suggested I get them changed as well. John and staff were very communicative with me about the process, and even admitted that they made a mistake and crimped a seal and that they needed to keep my car for longer so they could replace it. Today, I noticed a nail or screw in my tires, so I called and asked if they could look at my tire. They asked me to come in, and they were able to repair it in less than 15 minutes! That's what I call service! I'll definitely be back!

I really want to give a great shout out to this company. They are verrrry nice and professional they give great explanation about your service. They are very extremely quick. They have great customer service skills. They Make you feel welcome as soon as you enter their business. Yes I would recommend people visiting this location because you will not regret it they are Awesome if I could give more stars I would! Make sure y’all come and support their buisness! 😀
