Werner Eckstein5 StarOn 12/20/21, we took our Ford Escape in to find out about strange vibrations when accelerating. They spent quite some time on a test drive, putting it up on the lift, checking everything from tires to transmission and actually showed us and explained in detail what the issue is. After they spent all their time figuring out what’s wrong, it turns out, they don’t do that particular repair and they suggested to take it to the Ford dealer and even gave us the name of the mechanic there to ask for. We were shocked, when they told us there was NO CHARGE for their work.
They definitely earned our business going forward. What a pleasure to find an honest, friendly and knowledgeable shop! Highly recommend them!Tuesday 21st December 2021

He is amazing, explained everything to me as well as showed me the problem. He had me in out in around 30 minutes. He was a life saver for our trip so I don't have to worry about getting home.
