True expertise; took my Mercedes here, got just the service I was looking for, and they /didn't/ over-clock their hours when the job came out easier than expected. Great location, too; the whole downtown to explore while you wait!

This man is very busy, so it's not always easy to get in, but....it is worth the wait. Mr. Konaki does wonderful work that can be trusted to hold up, and his office Mgr is as nice as can be. Thank you!

Gary and his crew helped us out on the spot while we were on a road trip when no one else would. He figured out the problem right away and got us safely back on the road. We are so grateful, and now are Gary’s #1 fans.

Broke down in Reno on Friday and started calling around to repair shops while waiting for tow truck to show up. Called Gary’s and a gal answered told her we were in Elko broken down and wanted to know if they were able to get us in and diagnosed. She checked and was told by Gary yes they would look at it tonight if we could get it there before they closed. I expressed I would do my best as we were waiting for the tow. Got the tow got there an hour before they closed to be greeted by Gary that he would not look at it and was done for the night. When we explained we called and were told by the lady working for him to bring it in he stated “he’s gone for the night and can’t be here alone anyway”. He was rude and I would never recommend anyone to him. I called his shop based on google results and I would never go there or recommend anyone go there, we were stranded in Reno with no rentals available etc. we counted on his word going there and were refused once getting there. Where I would recommend going is to Mobile Wrenches and see AJ Where we received phenomenal service and work on a Friday after hours holiday weekend. However would never recommend Gary’s shop.
