Eric is a very comprehensive mechanic who has a genuine focus on problem solving vehicle issues and problems. This is a clean, professional "garage" in the most traditional approach to customer service. While we've entrusted these folks with routine fluids' maintenance, they have twice addressed potentially-serious issues with plain English explanations, complete testing, diagnostics, printed service reports and recommendations. Grateful having access to this garage for my personal vehicle. Highly-recommend Gathagan Automotive for any and all vehicle needs.

Knowledgeable. Honest. Doesn’t try to oversell you. He’ll tell you what your car needs and he’ll get it done the right way. If I ever need anything by done to either of my cars, I call him first to see what he recommends. If he doesn’t do it (tires) he gives a recommendation of a place to take it and a brand to get that is cheaper but still reliable.
