AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! It’s unfortunate I can’t give a rating of zero stars. They had my vehicle over a week and after $2,000+ in labor they told me they fixed the issues. I didn’t drive 15 miles and the same issue was still there. They wanted another $900 in labor to fix the issue I already paid for. Zero accountability by the owner.

Had Sammi change my benz's Convertible top.....this is a difficult job. More restoration than mechanics....Sammi very cavalier Sez no problem I've done this job many times. How long ....4 days Cool ...here's a deposit I'm going on vacation I'll pick it up when I get back. First the job came out Well....cept they didn't connect the Rear window defroster.... They also had my car three weeks!!!...Now three weeks is a long time...but it's a restoration.. The time I could live with... I never called too often or ever Complained but whenever I did call they always seem bothered And had an excuse like Bobbi saying Sammi's out test driving your car....please..ping pong someone else. Well will I go back First they have a sweet facility All the goodies that the dealer has including a body shop. But Sammi or Bobbi don't handle wrenches...so you get top work at dealer prices...dealer prices is no deal. My advice develop a relationship with a small shop German Auto World is a large shop and is not cheap. I found GAW after leaving my car's headlights on till the battery discharged at the golf course. The battery to the CLK430 is in the trunk. When the battery is dead you are denied access. So...I had it towed to my German car mechanic....when I arrived My mechanic had a sign saying On vacation be back Jan. 3rd... So two blocks away I remembered there was Sammi's GAW....he couldn't take care of it And told me I would have to leave it overnight. I got the impression Bobbi didn't believe I had left the lights on ...like I was trying to get over...the next day I get my car Back and they charge me $160 To charge the battery. I told you they are not cheap, would I go back...yes...if I wanted a good job was willing to pay up and had the time to leave my car longer than I may have wanted.

DO NOT HAVE BODY WORK REPAIRED HERE. Complete garbage job. Gave them a second shot and received my vehicle still with defects / not assembled properly / particles in the paint / placed 5 scratches on leather / vehicle is filthy in the interior. Was promised a rental the second time - NO RENTAL!
