terrell pickett5 StarTook my truck in to replace the starter because I had ruled out all the other minor repairs and thought the starter was bad. After diagnostics were run, they called me to share good news- that it was just my starter relay! They repaired it and had my truck back same day so I could drive it to Montana that night. A dishonest mechanic would have replaced the whole starter costing me much more money and I would’ve never known but not Gines! They proved to me why they are honest and have integrity. I will be taking my vehicles there all the time from here on out & they have a lifelong loyal customer in me.Saturday 5th March 2022
Thomas May1 StarThis shop is not up front or communicative about their diagnostic prices. They looked at an oil leak, windshield washer pump, and our traction control system. I made the mistake of thinking their diagnostic prices would be similar to all other shops I have been to, maybe $90-115. Not here, they charge me between $65-135 for each of the systems they looked at and our diagnostic bill was a little over $300. Which is insanely high. I cannot recommend this business.
I want to reply to the owners response here:
"We wish this situation could have been remedied with the options we offered you", this is not accurate. There was not a single option offered. All that was said was "Sorry, I didn't tell you up front of the costs." I appreciate the apology but no "options" were offered. I suggest you follow an actual process where the customer signs off on proposed services as your paperwork indicates. When I asked why I wasn't provided an invoice to sign off on prior to work being performed the response was "Oh, you know people are usually in a hurry". If they had laid out all the costs on an invoice I would not have signed off but rather I would have went to a different shop. I never expect services for free I understand there are costs but the shop was not up front about them. That is the issue.Thursday 3rd March 2022

Jeff Tatchio5 StarI have been using Gines Car Care for several years now on several of my cars. While car repairs happen and are costly I do appreciate their advice and expertise. The thing that I like most is on most of their repairs there is a 2 year warranty. Many repair places are 1-year or 12,000 miles. I have taken advantage of that feature several times. They have never given me grief about it .... they just take care of it.Thursday 13th January 2022
Jason Nipper5 StarGot a oil change and emissions and new registration stickers. 1st time taking my tacoma into gines they did a fabulous job they even got rid of that squeak in my left front whenever I hit a dip in the road I guess the larry h Miller guy's still need to learn a thing or two👍👍Friday 23rd April 2021
