A totally positive experience. In servicing my car, Marcus Gipson was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, reasonably priced, and exercised that extra effort of "personal touch". He performed the job on my car as requested. It was obvious from the activity at his shop that he was very busy and yet, the job on my car was completed very promptly. High recommendations!

Marcus and his crew do great work at reasonable prices. Always appreciate an auto mechanic who is strait forward and honest about what a job will take. Does not try to upsell and will explain a system if you ask. Very knowledgeable mechanic!!

I had my car dropped off at his shop on a recommendation in Feb. Three months later the main reason I took it to him wasn't done. Then he won't return calls or messages. He may have knowledge of working on cars, but has NO professionalism or customer service! Thousands of dollars later I'm back at zero.
