Needed a repair in a hurry as I am visiting from out of town and need to drive home. Carly fit us in the next day and they did a quick, professional job with a minor (but important) repair. So glad for this kindness -- thank you so much!

They responded to email and phone calls and took a job other shops had said was too hard. Partway in they decided they had to make a special jig in order to safely press in the axle bushings, so they put the car back together, explained the situation to me and told me to come back when they had jig done (that first disassembly/reassembly didn't first me anything.) They also recommended a brake job while it was all apart so that the cost of new rear brakes it needed would be just new rotors/pads. They met their estimate (which I thought was pretty reasonable). They also did a thorough quality control check before giving me back the car and found/fixed a nail in a tire. Oh, and they're making extra efforts to be COVID-with customers. Overall, I found Glenn's to be competent, pleasant, and fair and I expect to go back.

I decided on Glenn's based on proximity and near flawless Google reviews. I've just returned from picking up my Chevy Express camping van which was in need of some fixes and TLC. Carly and Glenn, both of whom I met in person, were endlessly helpful and friendly with undoubted expertise. The service and approach of their mechanical work was fantastic. I received regular updates by phone, and options about how to proceed based on parts/time/cost. Best of all, it seems the approach to fixing my brake issue (warped rotors) was to try and limit the cost, time and labor required, only doing more work as they gradually tested the performance with incremental changes. For example, first they replaced the pads which were at 3mm. This, as expected, helped but did not stop the steering wobble. Second they re-surfaced all the rotors. This helped at the rear but there was still some wobble at the front and so they asked if I wanted to replace the front rotors. I did. Aside from this they helped in the same fashion with multiple other fixes. If I moved to New York, I'd probably drive back to Glenn's for any work needed!
