This is by far the best stereo shop I've been to. I came in because my sub wasn't working, and the guys in the shop were absolutely amazing about working with me and finding out what would work with my budget so that I could end up with an amazing sub setup. Unlike the other shops I've been to, these guys treated me with complete respect and not only were extremely knowledgeable but amazing about teaching me how to use my stereo correctly and how to maximize my sub without damaging it. I was so excited and satisfied after leaving that I sat in my car outside my apartment building just playing different songs to see how they sounded. I'm writing this review as soon as I got home from picking it up because I would 100% recommend this shop to anyone who loves great sounding music!

Eh, not a great experience but not horrible. Stereo stopped working in my car and went in to talk to them about solutions. Was told they’d have to research and look into it…didn’t hear anything from them for two weeks, went back and it sounded like they never looked it up so went through the same options again…brought my car in for the day to get it hopefully fixed but they couldn’t figure out the issue (didn’t sound like they did much but at least they didn’t charge me) and so again they said they’d get back to me with some options and a quote, haven’t heard anything from them since…. Since then my father has YouTubed and researched and fixed my stereo for me, apparently it wasn’t that hard to figure out. They were friendly enough but just didn’t follow through on communication or seemed to really want to help me so I won’t be a returning customer.

Was able to buy a radio same day I called for my 1996 (25 year old) truck. They also helped me troubleshoot it at no extra cost (my truck was at fault). Excellent service at a great price!
