We have been satisfying clients in and around Sevier County for over 25 years including Sevierville, Kodak, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Knoxville, Dandridge and Jefferson County. We are a shop that will try to work around YOUR schedule even if it is out of my normal business hours or days. Saturdays and evenings by appointment are ok in most cases.

John Parks5 StarBest service I have had in car repairs. A chain store quoted me $1,800 for what they called emergency repairs. The sheepish style of the mechanic that took me into the repair bay to show me the leaks convinced me I needed a second opinion. I asked a good friend where all the vehicles at his shop go to when needing service. I followed his advice and while the repairs the chain mentioned were valid they were far from all an emergency or the price. In the end I did the repairs recommend $320 and my truck has been running fine. I am planning to return and get the next set done. Putting apples to apples the quote for just that part of the repair at the chain store was $562. Grandpa's Auto for me was a perfect example of quality over quantity.Wednesday 24th August 2016

Kristin Masciotti5 StarWe took my Jeep to Brian for a rough idle. After an inspection and test drive with us, he determined the motor mounts were cracked. My husband mentioned that he thought we had a bad axle or CV joint, and asked if they should be repaired as well. Brian suggested that we just start with the engine mounts, and see if that corrected the problem. It did. Not only that, my car was repaired very quickly, and after our work hours, which meant I didn’t need to worry about how I would get to work.
