I am very satisfied with the service done at Nelson’s Green Garage. I just took my car in to get a rack and pinion and fuel line replacement. I initially was in a money crunch and they were willing to work with me (though I was able to pay in full). Additionally, when my car was done, I didn’t have a source of transportation and Doug set me up with a ride there despite living 15 minutes away. I was taken aback by how courteous they were with the whole experience. My car drives the best it has in so long. Would definitely recommend this shop if you’re not too sure where to take your car. Honest and valuable. Thank you.

I stopped in to get an oil change and my car checked before I drove back to Michigan, Doug and the staff went above and beyond in caring for my car and giving professional costumer service making me feel safe for my trip. I was having battery issues and went to these guys to have it checked out. Turns out nothing was wrong, but instead of lying and telling me it could be any array of things, they were honest and didn’t try to rip me off. Even better they didn’t charge me any inspection fee. I highly recommend these guys as trustworthy mechanics. 5/5.

I would not recommend Nelson's Green Garage. I went here to get my brakes worked on and explicitly stated this to them. Instead, I left with a charge of $59.99 and a laundry list of items that they claimed needed to be worked on. I would have much rather went somewhere else and paid money to actually have the work done I requested instead of having them charge me to do nothing. I asked them what caused all of this to go wrong on a vehicle and the man on the phone stated "well, the vehicle has all original parts" which I know for a fact to not be true.

My catalytic converter got stolen on a Friday evening. Green Garage got me in that following Saturday and gave me a loaner car to get me through the weekend and the following week. They worked with my insurance company to get my car fixed ASAP. As a single mom and professional, not having a car has a huge trickle effect. Green Garage saved me. They are also helping me install a cage clamp for a very small fee. Being the victim of theft is awful but Green Garage really eased my anxiety and provided immediate and affordable services. Thank you so much. I’m full of gratitude.
