Jeff Fitzgerald2 StarI hate to leave a bad review but my last experience with this garage will be my last. I’ve been here many times over the years with great experiences and even recommended them to countless people. But the service and workmanship has gone way downhill. I took my truck to them this past Thursday to have new shocks installed. First, there were specific old parts (lift spacers) that I made a point to ask them not to reuse with the new suspension. They said it would be no problem, but when I came to pick up the truck I saw that they ignored my request. I wasn’t really upset about it but it sucked for them because they had to completely pull the shocks off of the truck again to remove the spacers which took several hours, and I know they are short staffed. But my biggest concern is the fact that they accidentally broke the ABS sensor on one of my wheels, which is no big deal as accidents happen, but THIS is how they “fixed” it. With electrical tape and zip ties. Photo attached. Short staffed, extremely busy, whatever it is, there is no excuse for this and I really hope this isn’t the type of professionalism that goes into their work now. This is a cheap part that isn’t hard to replace. I’ll be doing it myself along with finding a new mechanic. Really is a shame.Sunday 12th September 2021
