I have been using a Honda dealership for services for several years. For my last visit they recommended 3 services that required 'immediate attention'. The cost for the 3 services was over $800. I 'deferred' the recommendations as I wanted a second opinion. My family have used this auto shop for years and & happy with this business for servicing multiple vehicles. I brought my vehicle in to be 'assessed' to see what service(s) were needed. They did an inspection and 2 of the 3 didn't need to be done for 20,000 miles. Came in due to "check engine soon' displaying. Bad sensor located in harness and replaced; took mechanic a long time to locate the fault but Sheri generously offered a break on the labor charge. Noticed at time I picked vehicle up that speedometer needle remained at zero and clock was exactly 2-1/2 hrs slow. Figured something had worked loose when harness was moved during repair. Was long weekend for Thanksgiving so had a few days before it could be checked. On third day the diagnostic light popped on again and the transmission was slipping intermittently. Fully expecting a pricey transmission repair, I ran it back to Greg's at my earliest chance. Less than 3 hrs later Sheri called to say a short in the same harness had caused all 3 problems I noted but all was now working fine. And I found at pickup time that this repair was done as a warranty. Very happy Witherspoon repair and treatment from Greg's.
