Greg was able to do a major overhaul on my engine and change my water pump at the same time. Very personable. Beats the dealer prices everytime!!

I have been bringing my vehicles here for years, regular maintenance and brakes. European and an American car. Greg is professional and honest. I was initially referred by a co worker and glad I was. This is a great shop, Greg is the person I trust with my vehicle and to keep my costs normal.

My Scion xB was misfiring. I researched probable causes on the web and came up with the cause being a bad coil or vacuum leak. Called Greg's, at first he said that the next appointment would be next week, but then asked what the problem was - I gave him what I researched and he said he might be able to squeeze me in, in a couple of days. I dropped off the car when they opened (6a!) and said that if they could not get to it, no problem on my part. Got a call at 9:30a with diagnosis (bad coil), estimate and ETA of 2p. Got another call just after 2p that it was ready to pick up. Car runs great now. I think my dropping the car off 1st thing in the morning helped. Also, that I had done some preliminary troubleshooting. If you call saying "Uh, the engine is running funny" and that is the only info you can give, they have to schedule a much larger block of time to find and fix the problem. They also can make sure that the parts needed for the fix are available when they have a good idea that the problem is before the car is dropped off.
