From the North

To get to our Lynnwood auto shop from the north, take I-5 South until you get to exit 181, then merge onto WA-524 W/ 196th St SW. Make a left onto Highway 99, and we’ll be on your right.

From the South

There are a couple of great options for those who want to reach our Lynnwood location from the south. One option is to take 1-5 North to 524 to Highway 99. Alternatively, you can simply take Highway 99 all the way to us.

From the East

Take 524 to Highway 99 and turn left. Our auto shop in Lynnwood is located right by LA Fitness across the street from Trader Joe’s.

From the West

If you’re coming to see us from an areas close to Puget Sound, you can take 524 a lot of the way. You’ll pass the City of Lynnwood Municipal Golf Course before getting to us, and we’re right by Gold Park.

Not very impressed. Went in for an oil change, and they did do a pretty thorough job, independently confirming the 3-4 repairs I already knew were an issue with my truck. I was told I'd get a quote for the issues, but when I looked at the papers I was given, no quote. Nor was I given a quote for something I specifically asked for when I gave them my keys. I understand shops are busy right now, but that's just poor customer service. This is more of a 3.5 star review than 3, but probably would have been 5 stars if they remembered to give me the written quotes. Edit 4/7: in response to Greg's response, I never heard from management, so that was a lie. I'll never go here again.

Greg's did a great job. I took my 2003 Tacoma in for an oil change and had them do a full inspection . List of repairs was complete and thorough. Truck feels like a new truck , good for another 100,000 miles. I will continue to use Greg's for the truck and my 1998 Acura.

I called to schedule an oil change and the were able to get me in the following week. They were kind courteous and fair. I waited there for my car and they said it would take an hour, which it did! It is nice to have a place to take my car outside of the dealer!

I am so grateful for Martin and his team at Greg's Japanese Auto in Dtn Seattle off of Stewart. On Monday my car overheated on I-405. I called a repair shop near where I was broke down and was given lukewarm service and a promise to get to it "within a week.' I decided to call Greg's Japanese Auto in Dtn Seattle as they had previously been able to fix my car in an emergency situation years ago. What a pleasant surprise to be talking to an attentive, knowledgeable, and kind person on the other end of the phone! Martin told me that if I could get my car into his shop, they would at least diagnose it and let me know what I was looking at. Yesterday I made it in late in the day. Within minutes they had it diagnosed, a work order estimated, and a back ordered part on its way (Martin knows how to get things done). I am picking my car up today (THE NEXT DAY)with a list of the next steps I need to take to maintain my Acura (as it moves into its 200k mileage life) and keep her running. Thank you, Martin and Team. I truly appreciate you! I will be back!
