(Scottsdale & Shea) The prices were very reasonable! Punctual. Professional. Courteous. Amazing customer service! I would recommend to anyone asking. Two of the post on the rotor on my front passenger wheel broke on my way to work. First day of new job located in the area. I was able to get my car to the service shop, however nobody was there at the time Greulich’s had already closed for the day I did not have an appointment or previous contact. I left the keys in the secured dropbox with the envelope provided. I wrote my phone number, instructions for them to call before any work was provided , and a basic description of the issues. Needless to say I was a little nervous to do so. The next morning I received a call from Roger who was extremely helpful, very patient with me in answering any questions regarding what it would cost to get the repairs done. The repairs were done that day! This experience was The smoothest and best I have ever had during a time of extreme stress. Thank you Greg!!!!

Same great service. The fixed what someone else messed up without saying anything negative. Good timing on the diagnostic call and work was completed on time at the quoted price. They are open and honest, doing only the necessary work without any up selling. Good guys.

Seem well organized better than many. Good text communications. But felt their pricing was quite high and my experience is I've not had a diagnostic fee added and would expect that to have been credited to the repair in case I didn't use them. But it wasn't so I felt I paid 30+ % over market. Not going back.

On my way to work my car bogged down and the check engine light came on. I got my car to Greulich and Glenn was able to get my car in that day to see what the issue was. They called me with all the information that was needing to be done with my car. He let me know how much it would all cost and was able to get me my car back the same day. This was great service at reasonable prices and my car runs smooth now. Definitely would go back.

Passing through town and had limited time. They got me in and out on our agreed upon day and time slot. Their communication is very good. Looks like they have a couple of locations so I would recommend them if the professionalism and service quality is standard in each shop!
