Norma Mansker4 StarI came in to have my A/C checked in my car. I was told to come in early Saturday. Once I arrived I was then told I have to come back in a few hours to check the A/C because it was too cold outside. I came back and they checked my car so to say. They charge me $300 to put Refrigerant and not give me what’s wrong with my car. Not even a week later the air went back to blowing hot air. I took it back and then they tell me it’s leaking in several places and will cost $1,300 to fix on top of the $300 I already paid to them. Still they didn’t identify what is actually wrong. The paperwork didn’t provide the details either. We took the car to another shop and in less than 10 mins they were able to tell me what’s wrong, why it’s leaking, & coat to fix. Which by the way is less than what I was quoted. This place basically got $300 out of me without doing any work and trying to charge me more. I would not recommend or return.
After speaking with Dustin about my concerns. He was more than willing to assist us. He apologized for the experience and provided detailed information needed to fix our vehicle. We decided to continue to work with them and they were able to fix the A/C unit. Thank you for assisting us and making a better experience overall.Saturday 12th March 2022
