We liked the service. This was the second time we have taken our vehicle to Greulich's. Our only complaint is that we called a few days prior and received a 1 PM appointment and they did not get our vehicle in to the service bay until nearly one hour later. Other than that, they did a great job, pointed out the recommended service on the car, and thanked us for our time.

I stopped going to this location about 2 years ago since every time I needed to get something as simple as an oil change it seemed to take them all day to do. Being a family with just one car this is very inconvenient for me. Most of the time they were nice enough to transport me back to my home which was nice and why I’ve chosen to give them at least 2 stars. So for the last 2 years I’ve been going to another shop but decided to give these guys another go this week since my oil change indicator light went off. I made an appointment online for Tuesday morning at 8am for a simple oil change. I borrowed a car from a neighbor and my husband and I dropped off our car at 7:45 on Tuesday morning. I told them I’d be back a little after 930 to pick it up which allowed me a chance to drop off all my 3 kiddos at school. I returned at 9:45 AM to pick up my car and after taking some time to look for my paperwork and keys they told me that they hadn’t even started working on my car!! Frustrated I just asked for my keys back and left. I’m not giving this shop any more chances. I don’t understand why repeatedly these guys can’t seem to get their act together and repair a car in a timely manner!! What’s the point in making an appointment!?!! If they are understaffed or too busy then don’t let me make an appointment! I am done!!!!!! And I hopefully this review helps others not waste their time with this shop.

This place is awesome! I have an old truck and they have been able to figure out the issues when I bring my truck to them. I have needed to go a couple times and they always provide great service, they also had provided a tow truck for me two days after I just had it in the shop to help me fix a part, they give discounts and do everything they can to help. Hopefully I don’t have to go back but if I do I know they will help me no matter the issue or how many times I go. Great service!👍🏾

They diagnosed and then replaced the Catalytic converter. They were very fast and efficient. They even offered to send an Uber when I was having an issue finding a ride. Will definitely use them again.
