Greulich's is the best! They were fast, very well priced, and very trustworthy. They sent out pictures highlighting what repairs were needed and why, and even made recommendations for maintenance down the road. I will definitely be going through Greulich's from now on. Everything was upfront and honest, which can be hard to find when dealing with car repairs in Arizona.

This is the kind of local business we need to support! If I could give this place 20 stars, I would. The crew works quickly and carefully to get you back on the road, and the management keeps you posted on the work. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. :)

I’d have to say this one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a shop. Randall the manager showed expertise and knowledge that he was willing to share for free. I called about some spark plug issues he walked me through what could be the issues over the phone with no hesitation. Than I did what he suggests still had an issue brought it to the shop. They cleared the code. I drove away came on again. Randall hops in the car to see what’s up engine light again. Starts going through some potential things wrong. I’m worried as heck. We get back the shop he revs the heck out of the engine a couple times. It doesn’t go into the “limp mode” aka flashing engine light. I drove away and haven’t had the light since. I’m very impressed with the ability at this shop. I also feel like if I ever have an car issue they won’t rip me off. They showed real customer service. Didn’t even charge me a dime to help me with all that info. Thanks again Randall y’all the best!

Been here twice and both times Eric and the team have been helpful, professional, and efficient. Now that they have moved into the neighborhood and I've found them I won't go anywhere else. I highly recommend them and they won't disappoint you.
