I took my car in because my car was running lean and threw a CEL, the team at Half Price ran diagnostics for me and had me back on the road fast. These guys are the real deal. I will be using this shop moving forward. I had been having issues with my brakes and was quoted a ridiculous number to have the job done. I called the shop this morning and spoke with Jimi extremely cool and professional guy. Explained that I needed a brake job done on all 4 brakes (Rotors, pads, and brake flush) and if this could be done same day. Jimi quoted the job for basically half the price and that it could all be done same day. Dropped the truck off at 10AM and received a phone call at 2PM that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Jimi explained that the new brakes that were put on the vehicle are OEM and will have a warranty with the shop if there is ever an issue.

Had vehicle in multiple times for same issues. Issues I asked to have fixed are forgotten. When I call to have rectified they say they are booked up abs have to wait weeks and then many more days when vehicle is in shop. Emailed owner 3X and no response. Had alignment done and front end issues they fixed then they screwed up alignment and just left pulling to the left. Flashlight led somewhere in rear end area making clunking sounds so lost work and money waiting to take back to shop when they had time! Whole thing has become a debacle and each issue I have complained about is legit even if they could not find and I had to drive with them and show them!
