However since I have had the opportunity to receive services from this provider on multiple occasions involving both of my vehicles since they began providing services at their current location I felt compelled to recognize the exceptional service that I've received on each occasion since the 1st time when he was starting his business.. Patrick has shown that he is very knowledgeable thorough and goes the extra mile to ensure satisfaction and commitment to finish the repair work expediently and thoroughly . I called a number of local shops and they truly do offer quality service for a notably lower price. Only one experience to base this review on; but, happy to give them my future business. Side note: they allow for you to provide your own parts to further tailor the cost of your experience. Something I found recurringly absent with other shops.

UPDATE: They hired a new person, and that person was very rude, and they couldn't find and fix a leak that I found in seconds on my wife's car. I'm not a mechanic, but I looked under her car and found the leak immediately. They also charged an excessive amount of money to do an oil change, charging what was basically a double charge. Have to drain oil to change the oil pan gasket, but charged labor for changing the gasket and an oil change. Perhaps that is the kind of things that dealerships do, but I was surprised that they did this. The vibe here went from honest to scammer with the guy they hired. Cost them two customers. These people are awesome. I have finally found a mechanic that I trust. I will continue to go back to them.

Holly was so welcoming and got me situated quickly and Patrick not only did a very quick oil change but he also put my bumper back in place! I was expecting a long service time but I was in and out within an hour with excellent service as well! Definitely will be back for more service!
