Wendy was absolutely unable to work with me. My vehicle was damaged by their repairs and because I took it to a different shop I voided a warranty (which I didn't even know about, it was never mentioned to me or on any of my invoices). Wendy was frustrated with me why I didn't call them first and talk to them, she said they would have towed the vehicle. Of course I didn't know that and I couldn't afford a tow so I found a nearby mechanic (it was a radiator issue so the engine was overheating, so I couldn't drive far). They found that the hose clamp was not present, either it wasn't there to begin with or wasn't tightened enough, they couldn't say. I have picture and video evidence of my engine overheating which I tried to show to Wendy but she just kept saying she was confused how I didn't call them. I didn't even want them to refund the whole service, just cover the cost of the repair that had to be made because of them. She refused to deal with me, I would've saved them money now knowing they would have towed me and all, all I asked for is the 100 dollars for the repair back, which is what the labor was at their shop to fix the issue to begin with. Wendy just couldn't get it through her head that I was trying to be nice and just balance my costs. I walked out. I will never go back. Still have a squeaky belt because antifreeze got all over it and no amount of brake cleaner was able to get it all off, probably have to replace that soon too. Wendy was awful, she was always good before but the moment I tried to work with her to solve a problem they caused she just shut down and looked and talked to me like I was an idiot.

This is the worst place I have dealt with in my 30 years of driving. I made an appointment and dropped my truck off on that day. The communication from them was horrendous as I had to call to check on progress. When I called, they would tell me it's not going to be done that day, I called the next day....same story. They had my truck for 2 weeks before I got it back. I had them do brakes, change my spark plugs and wires. When I got it back, I got multiple misfire codes on my truck due to the plugs and wires. I called to tell them and they said, we can look at it in a month. Excuse me, this was caused by their work after already waiting 2 weeks after my appointment to get my truck back. I had to go somewhere else, where they know how to fix vehicles properly, to fix what they did wrong. I would never and I mean never recommend this place. They don't deserve even 1 star for a rating. Don't go here.

Had a stripped screw on the lift gate of my GMC Yukon that I needed removed. Mechanic came out of the back and fixed it right away and charged me a reasonable price. Great place....

I have a van I use for mail delivery. Very hard on it but Jesse and his team always manage to get it fixed up. Friendly, reliable service from a local business.
