He is honest, knowledgeable, and has the experience and expertise to diagnose and fix any issue. One time in particular, we purchased a used Honda Civic that had a weird electrical issue. It would start without incident a good deal of the time, and the rest of the time would not start for several tries. It wasn't the starter or spark plugs or anything I would guess might be the problem. Dave took his time to thoroughly work through the electrical system until he discovered it was a small part. Other companies I’ve dealt with will make upcoming issues with your car seem urgent and try to charge you immediately, but this place will let you know casually if something might be a concern in the future and they will deal with the current issues at hand, or upcoming issues as you see fit.
