I hired Hanx to fix some electrical problems with my car last week, thinking that a mobile mechanic would be a convenient time saver. He came by and “fixed” the problems, took my money and left. Turns out, the problems all still exist and he has not chosen to make it right. It was my fault for not thoroughly checking the repairs before he left; I took his word for it that they were done. I do NOT recommend his services.

I've had a great experience with Hanx - we had our alternator go out late the night before. We called them around 9:30 AM and they came and installed the new alternator by 2 PM the same day. The price for the parts and labor matched competitively with what I was able to find online for this type of service. Ralph the mechanic was excellent, zero complaints. Would definitely engage them again for future auto repair needs.

I contacted the technician and requested to change 2 parts on my car. The technician said they had the ability to change those parts and then gave me a price on changing the one part but they needed to see the car to price the second part.. I agreed to the number and was told that he would come by that afternoon. Later that day I texted because I had not heard anything. He requested a pic and I sent it over. He then said he would come by once he was finished his current job. Hours past then I reached out and he said he would contact me once he was finished the task he was performing. I had no more response that day. I text first thing the next morning to get a schedule of when we could meet. No response to the text so I called later in the morning. I was told he had a late night and he would come by later. I waited and he was a no call no show. I think that at least letting me know that you could not or would prefer not to perform the task would be the professional thing to do.

Guy who showed up to do a pre-purchase inspection for me was just okay. I *think* he did a decent inspection but wasn't very talkative. I bought the vehicle and it's been fine so far. It was a bit painful trying to get all the information out of him. If I wasn't asking questions I feel like he wouldn't have offered up the info.
