These guys were close so we went to see what happened. A “mechanic” scanned it and said that the car’s engine is gone and it will explode soon, I’m not even exaggerating. Of course the buyer backed out. I went to my mechanic, a couple of hours later and a new crankshaft sensor and the car was good as new. Don’t come to this place, very unprofessional. I broke down on the freeway going to work coming from Tracy and had to get towed in. They were welcoming from the phone called made to the time my truck was fixed and great customer service. I had to replace my alternator, belt and battery. Price is reasonable and they make the process very easy . Even though I live in Tracy I would drive back to do any other work from them . Trustworthy! Harry’s is providing a very professional service within a reasonable price. I really liked their full synthetic oil and filter change + tire rotation pricing. Another thing I liked about them. It’s always first come first serve. Some people will say appointment system is better but I found most of the places with appointments will take longer time to give u a particular slot. But here it’s always come early and get a slot. I went in to do wheel alignment and change brake fluid since the service center at the dealership told me that the brake fluid is dirty. When I got to Harry’s Auto Repair, they checked my brake fluid right away and said it’s not dirty and I don’t need to change it. I really appreciate their honesty and I’m definitely going back there. Mixed bag here. My problem with them is that, unlike other mechanics, they did not remove the diagnostic fee when I also had them repair the issue that the diagnostic was for. I know the diagnostic was simple as I pulled it from the car computer before I brought it in. That is ~$150 for plugging in one cheap thing any autozone will do for free and getting the one code. Otherwise I like the place. Nice enough interior that is clean.

I went in to do wheel alignment and change brake fluid since the service center at the dealership told me that the brake fluid is dirty. When I got to Harry’s Auto Repair, they checked my brake fluid right away and said it’s not dirty and I don’t need to change it. I really appreciate their honesty and I’m definitely going back there.

I would highly recommend the services of Harry’s auto repair. I used them for the first time yesterday and you could easily make out that these guys are honest. They did my oil change in time. These guys are very friendly and the place was quite clean. My windshield wipers were smudging badly. They put in wipers of their own and did not charge me for it in spite of me insisting to pay for it. I will be going to Harrys from here on.

Mixed bag here. My problem with them is that, unlike other mechanics, they did not remove the diagnostic fee when I also had them repair the issue that the diagnostic was for. I know the diagnostic was simple as I pulled it from the car computer before I brought it in. That is ~$150 for plugging in one cheap thing any autozone will do for free and getting the one code. Otherwise I like the place. Nice enough interior that is clean.
