Andrea Rostad5 StarWonderful shop! A friend referred me to them and I got my car towed there. They were very kind and fixed me up in a jiffy! It ended up being a pretty quick fix after I was so worried for the worst. I am very pleased with their customer service and admire their dedication to their customers. Mark Sladden5 StarI dropped into Heaton Automotive as a new customer to have my air conditioning repaired in my car. It had failed just ahead of a multi-state road trip and the week before temperatures hit a record 112 in Portland Oregon. Frankly, I though it was wishful thinking to hope that they would be able to fit me in before the trip. However, despite the fact that they were obviously very busy, they slotted me in the SAME DAY!
I had not expected that, it was apparent to me that they were bending over backwards to help me out and it's not like I was a good customer with a long relationship with them,
The repair was done really well (still holding up some 6 months later......yes I am really slow in writing this review) and for a price that I was very happy with (considerably cheaper than I was expecting).
Needless to say Heaton Automotive is now my goto Auto shop. I do most of my own auto repairs but some things are out of scope for me to accomplish. Next time I need something I will not hesitate to use them again.
I can't recommend them highly enough; honesty, service, willingness to accommodate customer needs. I can count on the fingers of one hand that I have been this impressed by a business. They are absolute first class.Tuesday 16th November 2021
