Our old company truck broke down on the side of the road in Waxhaw and our office is in Raleigh. The guys had to get somewhere and it was left on the side of the road. I called Henn Automotive and it was so easy from the very beginning. She arranged the tow and we didn't even have to pay that until we paid for the repair. Everyone I spoke to was so nice and ready to explain if I didn't follow along. It was ready when they said it would be. It end cost was right on point with the quote. I would recommend them to anyone for anything. I can't tell you how much I appreciate all they did for us!!

Henn is hands down the best and only place to go. I moved here last year and its always hard trying to find a new mechanic to trust but Henn is 100% the best shop I've ever had. I came in out of the blue one day because I had a hole in my tailpipe they fixed it for me that day. Since then I've used them for everything I've needed done fan clutch, catalytic converter etc and my vehicle always comes back better than before. They call you after diagnosing and explain everything very clearly let you know the price and ask if you want it done. Very happy with Henn and highly recommend them to anyone needing work done!

This facility has very courteous and friendly people, mechanics are knowledgeable and competent. I was extremely impressed with their quality and fast delivery of my Mazda b2300 which needed a new timing belt, water pump and spark plugs. Was told two weeks before repairs could begin due to backlog of work, vehicle was ready in 4 days. I highly recommend this facility.
