People were awesome. Very informative and on time with my vehicle however $4,000 my starter my solenoid and my window regulator or the three things that I told them about when I pulled in among other things. 2 Days later they're calling me saying my car is done check engine light came on 2 Days later he told me to bring my car back in and they'll finish the diagnostic?? Huh? Finish? Was I supposed to be done with the diagnostic and everything as I walked out the door after paying $998 I don't know you tell me

I'm sure this shop is great for smog. They advertise other services as well and the shop is conveniently located across from our favorite fuel station. So I called to make an appointment to have our 35" tires balanced for a Dodge ram 2500 The young lady on the phone kept quoting smog prices. I had to keep repeating "tires balanced" several times. She quoted $60 and up for rotating tires. I repeated "tires balanced, ONLY balanced." She quoted $60 and up. Then asked what tires do I prefer? What the heck does that even mean?? I'm just trying to have our existing tires balanced. I should have paid attention to the red flags and not made the appointment because my bf had to leave work early to take the truck in and they immediately unplugged his computer and started to smog it!! My bf had to repeatedly state he only needs his tires balanced. Then the gentleman took one off and couldn't balance it because it was too big. He already knew his machine could only handle a certain size wheel so why did he even try?? I'm sorry, I'm sure they are nice people, but it was a sh*t show and you should go there for smog but probably nothing else.
