Highland Auto has excellent quality service and has my highest recommendations. I’ve done transmission servicing, drive rod, and engine mounts replacement with them and there has been no errors. They are very honest and upfront when it comes to fixing the right problem and quoting a fair price. This shop knows what they’re doing and will not only fix your car, but recommend any future repairs without being pushy for sales. The last time I was there, they even gave me a complimentary ride followed by car delivery! So as long as I stay in Arizona, I will always go to Highland Auto. Thank you!

These guys are super unprofessional, especially for engines. I asked them to check if there are any cracks in the engine block (my Suzuki Grand Vitara). They hold the car for 2-3 days and told me they are not sure... I even give them the document describing about the potential crack locations. They are unfamiliar with just everything! In the end, I think I have to tow my car to another car repair shop and stop wasting time here. But they charged me over $200 and without diagnosing anything that might be the cause of my engine no-compression! Given all the five-stars, I am extremely disappointed.
