Rob Segal5 StarDriving cross country, stopped for gas in Torrington, and had a rear drum brake seize up. It was 4:45 on a Friday, a Google search showed 3 auto repair places, all closed at 5. Chad went above and beyond, helped us get the truck to his shop, got the parts store to wait to close until he got what was needed, replaced shoes and springs in both rear brakes, and had us back on the road by 6:30. Had it not been for his efforts we would have been delayed the whole weekend, as repair shops and parts dealers are not open in Torrington on the weekends.
