I'll explain every reason why I love this shop and why you should too. I've been hunting for a good repair shop and these are my notes on why I am gonna keep coming back here compared to what I've experienced around the area 1) Extremely communicative. Adam at the front desk is one the best communicators I've ever dealt with at a shop. Hands down. The whole team is great 2) Thorough. They spent a day and half completing a 14 page diagnostic on my vehicles transmission. Rate for the job was still just the baseline diagnostic cost, and they got to the root of a very complicated issue 3) Affordable. They aren't the cheapest shop in the area, but they are definitely the cheapest shop that has done quality and trustworthy work for me. Very affordable 4) This has been the toughest one to find: If you have a women in your family working with this shop, they won't be talked down to or mislead. It's hard to find auto repair shops that do a good job keeping sexism out of business 5) Lastly, as simple as it it - just from checking their work after my last repair, they do a good job of making sure everything is installed properly and then put back together how it was Good shop, I definitely recommend

I have a friend that's a master mechanic and shop lead. His obviously good and he didn't have time to fix the issue but did look at it and told me exactly what needed to be fixed. So I took it in and honest-1 did fix and pointed out what needed to be fixed. I was glad they didn't tried to rip me off although they couldn't since I already knew what the issue was. They were honest and fixed what needed to be fixed. They kept great communication and over all HONEST since alot of shops have issues with being honest, me and my wife have had horrible experience being ripped off but they were great here. AWESOME experience 👏
