While the service is friendly I have to call into question their honesty. I took a vehicle to them because the battery wouldn't hold a charge. I asked them to check the alternator as well as the battery. I was told the alternator was bad and needed to be replaced - $440 for the alternator plus labor . I paid the diagnostic fee and took the vehicle to the dealership since the alternator was covered under warranty. The alternator was fine... while friendly service is commendable, either incompetency or dishonesty was at play and neither will receive my future business.

I wouldn't take my daughter's hamster wheel to these guys scratch that, I wouldn't take anything to them again ever. I misdiagnosed of security issue with a fuel pump issue. And instead of being professional and taking 5 minutes to figure it out they charged me $250 to put a fuel pump in it. After I bought the fuel pump and provided it. Then after the drunk mechanic soiled my car severely was Grease I called him two days later to have another shop come pick it up and suggested that it could be a security issue after their initial prognosis of 2 to 3 hours diagnostic time needed to figure out the problem. What it turned out to be was a simple issue of a security reset on my 2002 suburban. After I paid the additional $100 which was a requested $180 bringing my grand total to almost $440 in labor for a simple reset of a security system which as a ASE certified mechanic that I'm sure that guy is not, he immediately came down $100 and when I asked why it cost me the additional money he said that, and I quote, he replaced the thingy! The thingy! A wire? Yes. To what? The thingy! That is the only explanation I ever got. Now to further matters on top of my stinking suburban which is never been smoked in it's a very nice Z71 well taken care of new engine transmission etc I take very good care of my vehicles, this dude message magnitude to the point where it now get stuck in the start position. Do not and I repeat do not take your hamster wheel much less something you need to these people they are thieves! That is my Google review they got one star cuz I had no choice! The oil changes are cheap I'll give you that.

Update**Downgraded** I’ve had close to $8k worth of work done on our and our kid’s vehicles over the last year, from AC to steering rack replacement. They have a new manager who used to work in the back and doesn’t understand customer service. Went in for an oil change on my wife’s van and told them I wanted the cheap oil change which was posted at $19.99. When it came time to pay he said $35 and I was shocked. He said it’s because everything is expensive so the posted rate was no good. I was upset for not advising me upfront the posted rate as no good. After a short, but polite interchange, I gave him $40 and asked for $5 back. He back peddled and said he’d honor the $20 rate. Too late because for $10-$15, you’ve lost a customer who used to sing your praises. I know, I can be petty but dangit, that wasn’t right. Previous review** I had the brakes replaced on my old Tundra and they were very reasonable and courteous. It’s such a benefit in having a trustworthy mechanic in our small town! Took my daughter’s van to have the steering rack and AC repaired and same level of professionalism and fair pricing. Can’t recommend them enough!
