Sarah H Morris5 StarWe were on the road from New Orleans to Asheville, NC when all the sudden our temperature gauge started showing us as over heating. We limped our way off the highway trying to not overheat the engine more.
This shop was recommended to us by the truck mechanic at the 24hr Pilot station. We called and pulled up. Not only did they diagnose the issue, they repaired it immediately, didn't charge us for emergency repairs, and let us sit in the office with our puppies since we had no where to go and it was a hot day.
They went above and beyond in all senses. Without them our trip would have been cancelled. We can't thank them enough and I wish I lived near them to use them for all of my cars. 100% trust these folks and give them your business. THANK YOU!Wednesday 27th October 2021
