We took our car to Ice Cold Air Wednesday March 2,2022 for an oil leak. We were told it would take two days to repair because they needed to replace the oil pan and gaskets. 1000 was due up front for deposit and then when picking up the car we paid for the last of the work. However they didn't tell us til after we paid that the car could not be started. We have been without a vehicle because Ice Cold Air blew the motor in our vehicle and has not made it right. I implore people not to use this business for car repair because it is hard to get them to make things right. They avoid phone calls, won't return calls and didn't seem to care that their mistake has caused a lot of issues. After talking to Ford where they took the car to find out how they messed up it was found that the Harmonic Balancer was put on wrong and so when they attempted to start the car to return it to us they jumped our timing chain and tore up the motor.

Had a brand new AC condenser installed less than six months ago it sprung a leak instead of doing the warrantee that they claim I had they charged me $400 for a new one would not warrantee it out tried to claim it was hit by a rock. If you do get AC work done here make sure you only get your AC work done there because if you pay someone else to do it they’ll find an excuse to not warrantee it

Excellent experience at this business. I needed a completely new AC kit and expected it to cost a fortune and take a long time to complete. They had it done in one day and the price was incredibly fair. Definitely going back for anything my car needs! Tim and Nick were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.
