Great service and even better business! I personally work in the automotive industry and I tip my hat to these guys. I took my Toyota in for a routine timing belt replacement and the process was simple, stress free, and easy to follow. After the service there was a small ground cable that got left out of a small bolt, honest mistake and every shop makes small mistakes but how the shop handles those mistakes speaks volumes about them and the ownership. When I contacted the shop they where happy to help and speedy to make sure I was taken care of that is why my review is still 5 stars. I want this to be an informative and honest review for other customers. So please know that if you go to Import auto you will walk away happy with with your service and will have the peace of mind that the good guys are taking care of you!
