Brian and the rest of the techs at import auto are extremely helpful and nice! I've had some difficult cars to work on and they've always been able to solve the issue. 10/10 would recommend this shop for Honda vehicles. I got into an accident that busted the entire front left side of my car. I never even met anyone from the shop in person - all of my interactions with them were over the phone or through text - and they went above and beyond to make sure I was in the loop about everything. Brian texted me multiple times very professionally to give me updates. When I got my car back, I received a text from him a few days later asking me how everything was running. The car runs like a dream. I've already commuted to and from work with it, and it almost even drives better than it did before. Great work from everyone. Thank you so much.
