I'm told most are from people asking for a diagnosis and pricing over the phone, which you simply can't do most of the time. Alonso and Alma have been nothing but honest, professional and caring. Bruce Kime5 StarAlonzo and his staff do excellent work. Repairs were done fast and prices were fair. I like how after evaluating my vehicle that the cost estimate was right on and up front with no hidden charges. I'm aware and ok also with the fact that that once mechanics get into the repair they may find something else that needs fixed. Alonzo is up front on this and tells me if the repair needs done now or can wait.Saturday 19th December 2020
